Service
Rezerve manages appointments, calendars, services, catalogues, customers and business records. The business providing the actual service is responsible for prices, availability, quality, cancellation and refunds. A reservation confirmation does not mean that Rezerve provides that service or has collected payment.
Account and acceptable use
Use accurate details, protect your account and manage only businesses and data you are authorized to access. Unauthorized marketing, spam, misleading content, unlawful collection and infringement are prohibited. Business verification requires an appropriate local document and a map link. Discovery visibility requires approval and an eligible paid plan.
Plans and payments
List prices are Premium Monthly $4.99 and Premium Annual $49.99; local store prices and taxes may differ. Purchase, renewal, trial expiry and cancellation conditions are shown by the store before payment. If store billing is not enabled, no payment is taken; browsing plans does not change your subscription. Each additional business requires a separate paid entitlement. Creating advertisements is currently unavailable.
Content and communication
You must have the necessary rights and permissions for uploaded images and records. We process content to provide the service. Adding a customer does not grant marketing consent; businesses obtain the permissions required for each channel and purpose. You may request account and data deletion.
Changes, support and legal rights
Maintenance and security work may interrupt service or change features. Material terms changes are communicated through the app or website. Contact support@orvixa.com about questions or disputes. These terms do not limit mandatory consumer/data protection rights or your right to approach competent authorities.
