Which businesses is Rezerve designed for?
Hair salons, barbers, beauty businesses, clinics, consultants, private tutors, vets and technical services that organize visits or service times. The sector directory includes 98 sectors and example services. Clinical use is appointment planning, not medical records or diagnosis.
Can I use it as free appointment tracking software?
The free plan allows three services. Premium adds unlimited services, holidays, business widgets, a custom booking address and ad-free use. Check the current plan page for scope and the purchase screen for the local price and renewal terms.
Is a booking request a confirmed appointment?
The business link lets a customer submit a request in their browser. A request and a business-approved appointment are different states. When the date or service changes, check the updated record; a sent message alone is not confirmation.
Can one appointment include several services?
Several services can be selected when creating an appointment. Check service durations together with opening hours and existing bookings. Service prices are optional, and a price range can be set for suitable services.
What do the reports show?
Appointment, customer and service statistics and booking-link visits. Customer history distinguishes completed, cancelled and missed appointments. Link visits are not a count of unique people or completed sales.
How do I know a WhatsApp notification was delivered?
Notifications need customer permission and available sending in the account. Accepted, delivered and failed are different states. Check the delivery status rather than assuming every created appointment has a delivered message.
Which languages are supported?
Turkish, English, German, French, Spanish and Arabic interfaces, with light and dark themes. Language links in this knowledge centre open the equivalent topic in the other languages.
Are the mobile apps publicly available in stores?
The web application is accessible from the official website. General Google Play and App Store distribution is marked Coming soon on the home page. A development or internal test build is not a public store release.
Can I import an Excel file automatically?
The migration guide describes manually checked record entry. Automatic spreadsheet import, calendar synchronization, team assignment and medical record management are not features offered by these guides.
