Reading appointment reports accurately
Report totals become useful when their period and measurement definitions are clear. Appointments, completion rates and link visits answer different questions and should not be treated as one success score.
Select the period first
Rezerve reports offer 7, 30 and 90 days. Touch a point on the daily chart to inspect that day's count. Do not compare totals from differently sized periods as if the observation time were equal.
Read statuses with the total
The status ring shows completed, confirmed, pending and cancelled counts. Completion rate is not a direct measure of satisfaction or profit. With a small number of appointments, one record can noticeably change the percentage.
Understand link visits
Business-link visits count page openings rather than unique people. Earlier visits are not invented before measurement began. An unavailable measurement should therefore look different from a measured zero.
